Proposed: "The Pines" development of over 350 homes. Crow Hill, Elm Street, and Barron Road.
A recent development proposal catalyzed an effort of the residents living in our area to organize and pool our resources in oppose to results we believe will have a measurable negative material impact on our homes and community.
The Preliminary Plat approval of "The Pines" was retracted, however we anticipate a potential second attempt to present a new plat for city approval. We will continue to organize our position and meetings to protect the best interests of our community.
This website will provide information and opportunities to engage in efforts to preserve the safety, functionality, and value of our respective homes and neighborhoods.

Crow Hill HOA; is it time to formalize our covenants?
Yes, No, Maybe?
We're exploring the advantages of formalizing the Crow Hill community with a Home Owners Association. Many of us have had bad experiences of HOA's that were exceedingly prescriptive and overly punitive. That's not what any of us want.
How can an association protect the neighborhood of Crow Hill, especially in terms of existing covenants and future developments? Crow Hill is 50 years strong, and we want it to remain so.
We invite everyone to share their thoughts and concerns, and hope to find a "light touch" HOA model that serves the home owner's common interests. We are taking professional advice on how this may be achieved, and will hold open meetings and other ways of sharing opinions for Crow Hill residents. These will be announced in the coming weeks.
